Dear ,

If you wish to fly in Belgium with a ULM, you have to ask a temporary permit to fly to the following address:
Direction Générale transport Aérien,

Service exploitation commerciale aérienne,

CCN 2è étage,

rue du Progrès 80 bte 5,

1030 Brussels

Belgium.
You must send them:
- a copy of the permit to fly in your country of your ULM
- a copy of your registration certificate
- a copy of your insurance certificate
- the proof of your payment of 80 € upon bank account 679-2006022-62 of the Direction Générale Transport Aérien, IBAN code: BE 51, BIC code: PCHQBEBB.

Then, you will receive a permit to fly for 30 days at your choice during one year.
Be careful: you are not allowed to have any commercial activity in Belgium during your flights, you have to tell the authorities the days you flew in Belgium at the end of the year and you have to comply with the Belgian air rules.

For more information, please send a message to our National Civil Aviation Authority: info.air@mobilit.fgov.be

I wish you good luck and remain

Faithfully yours.
